Jewel Builders were approached to carry out an extensive renovation on an old barn and join it to an existing farm house. As you can see the results are striking and the owner is delighted!

Jewel Builders Ltd were contracted to clear an existing dwelling on a plot in a popular area of Knowle, Solihull, and replace with two 5 bed dwellings. The project included all works from the outset of the project: Liaise with appointed architect Obtain building regs approval Clear existing dwelling with regard to appropriate licences and regulations Prepare groundworks for new dwellings and link to services Complete all aspects of new dwellings, including landscaping, with qualified Jewel Builders staff The project was carried out to the delight of the client who met all of the targets laid out for the project. The client approached Jewel Builders Ltd to extensively renovate and extend an existing 5 bedroom dwelling in a very prestigious area of Solihull, West Midlands. The project involved an almost total rebuild of the dwelling to bring a tired 1950's house up to a very modern and desirable residence. The fitting out used only the best fixtures and fittings and required exceptional attention to detail to achieve the clients wishes. The project was finished to budget and ahead of schedule, delighting the client!

Jewel Builders are capable of all kinds of building work. This was a slightly different project requiring the clearing of a site on which to build an extensive oak framed wooden garage.
